Bonzah offers insurance across three audiences in the rental and mobility space:

• Renters — daily Renters Coverage purchased at booking, in two tracks: Personal Use (CDW, Renter’s Contingent Liability, Supplemental Liability) for leisure trips, and Gig Use (APD and Liability) for renters working on TNCs and delivery platforms.
• Rental operators — monthly or annual Fleet Coverage on your vehicles, with Off-Rent Coverage between trips, plus specialized support for operators transitioning off third-party platforms like Turo to running private.
• Software platforms and marketplaces — Platform Coverage (General Liability, Tech E&O, Cyber) for the platform itself, and embedded distribution that puts Renters Coverage inside your booking flow.

Bonzah Renters Coverage comes in two tracks: gig workers and personal use. Personal Use products — Collision Damage Waiver, Renter’s Contingent Liability, and Supplemental Liability — are the products you see on bonzah.com, and they cover leisure trips, errands, and everyday driving. Gig Use products — Auto Physical Damage and Liability, available individually or bundled — are for renters driving for a TNC (a rideshare platform like Uber or Lyft) or for select delivery platforms during the rental.

The distinction matters: most rental and personal auto policies — including standard policies from carriers like Progressive, GEICO, and others — specifically exclude TNCs, paid passenger work, and delivery work. A renter relying on standard daily auto rental coverage or a personal auto policy for gig driving can have a claim denied. Renters select the coverage that fits how they’re actually using the vehicle at the time of booking.

Bonzah Fleet Coverage is a monthly or annual commercial policy that protects your rental fleet vehicles directly — purchased by you, the operator, and designed to be in force across your whole fleet. The daily Renters Coverage your customers buy at booking is a separate, transactional policy purchased by the renter for the duration of their trip. The two are designed to complement each other: Fleet Coverage handles operator-side risk on the vehicles you own; Renters Coverage shifts the trip-level risk to the renter for the days they’re driving. Available for private rental fleets, Turo and other peer-to-peer hosts, and hybrid operations.

When you outgrow Turo and start running an independent rental business, your insurance needs change in ways generic Turo policies don’t handle well. • Platform Coverage protects the platform itself — General Liability, Technology Errors & Omissions, and Cyber Coverage — wrapping the day-to-day operating risk of running a software platform or marketplace in the rental space.
• Off-Rent Coverage protects fleet vehicles on your platform during the periods they’re not on rent, closing the gap between trips for the operators using your platform.
• Renters Coverage is the coverage for renters during the rental period. Bonzah offers renter’s coverage directly embedded into your booking flow so coverage is offered and bound at checkout.

Together they wrap platform-side, operator-side, and renter’s-side exposure through a single relationship — without you having to assemble coverage from separate carriers.

Bonzah embeds directly into the booking flow your renters already use — your checkout, your reservation system, your marketplace app — so the right coverage shows up at the right moment, the premium is collected as part of the transaction, and the policy is bound automatically.
