The colloquial meaning of Bonzah is something brilliant, well-executed, or one-of-a-kind. We equate this to the feeling you get when you know your company and vehicles are covered when in the hands of a renter. We call it “that covered feeling.” Bonzah!
Our mission is simple: give independent rental car operators and Turo hosts an insurance partner that is fast to onboard, fair on price, and laser-focused on the realities of car share and rentals.

Our Story
Bonzah was created by people who saw firsthand how hard it was for independent rental operators to offer renters the kind of insurance the major brands take for granted. Most providers were built for big-box rental companies — leaving smaller fleets, peer-to-peer hosts, and regional operators without competitive options for their customers.
We set out to fix that. By focusing on independent operators and Turo hosts— we’re able to align coverage and pricing with how rentals actually work today.

Bonzah is built by a small, dedicated team with deep roots in insurance, technology, and the rental car industry. We work alongside top carriers, auto rental underwriters and a third-party claims adjusters to keep the process transparent, fair, and accountable for both partners and renters.
